Hot Buttered Rum Batter
1 pound butter
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 box powdered sugar
1 box dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground clove
fresh ground nutmeg
Melt butter in microwave. Put ice cream in a bowl and pour melted butter over it.
Add powered sugar and brown sugar and mix. Mix in cinnamon and clove.
Grate nutmeg into mix.
Store batter in freezer.
To make hot buttered rum use 1 heaping tablespoon of batter, 1 jigger rum,
mix with hot water.
