Salal Jelly

4 and 1/2 cups salal juice 1 package pectin
6 cups sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice

Bring juice and pectin to a boil.
Boil hard 2 minutes.
Seal in jars.

Salal Syrup - from Nancy Akeson

4 cups salal juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 to 1 1/2 cups corn syrup

Boil 3 to 5 minutes until syrupy.
